This week we started to look at the new season of Spring and shared our knowledge of different signs of Spring. We talked about the leaves growing back on the trees, new flowers growing and seeing lots of different animals and insects.
In maths we played different games to consolidate our knowledge of counting, numerals and subitising. In phonics we continued to look at initial sounds, focusing on the sound s, a, t, p, i and n. In PE we put our shapes and rolls that we had learnt previously together into a sequence. We performed to our peers and showed good control when moving from one position to the other.
On Friday we welcomed Rabbit class to come and share their poems with us. It was lovely to see and hear all the different poems.
