We started this week looking more closely at where in the world some of these polar animals live. We looked at a globe and found the coldest parts of the world – the top and the bottom, using their names of the Arctic and Antarctic.
In phonics we focused on the initial sound of different objects, and our names.
In maths we continued looking at number 3, working on our subitising skills when looking at different patterns and sizes of objects. In PE we worked on rolling the ball, understanding the need to roll close to the floor.
