After voting on our favourite animal to learn more about, we started the week looking at different non-fiction texts to find out more about our chosen polar animal. We then transferred this information onto a fact sheet for us to record our findings. We then swapped our fact file sheets to find similarities and differences between a polar bear and arctic fox.
In PE we worked on our aiming skills by throwing a bean bag into the hoop. In maths we started looking at the number 4, recognising the quantity of 4 and the numeral that represents it. In phonics we began to look at alliteration by finding out what our names began with, and if any of our friends had the same initial sound.
