This week the nursery children have been busy learning about Easter. At the start of the week we learnt about the 3 days of easter; Good Friday, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday. We had a look at how we can celebrate Easter. on Tuesday we made Easter Chick nests in the kitchen. We each helped to stir in the melted chocolate with the cornflakes and enjoyed putting the chick on our nest.
In phonics we continued to practise our initial sounds and seeing if we could recognise the sound at the start of the word. In PE we continued to practise the different rolls from last week.
On Thursday we had a lovely time at the Spring Parade. We enjoyed walking round and showing of our creations, as well as singing some lovely songs.
