This week we casted our minds back to our caterpillars, reminding ourselves of the journey they had made. Together we explained the life cycle of a caterpillar, and completed different activities such as using pasta to represent each part of the life cycle and mirror printing butterflies. Minnows completed a fact file on caterpillars, and Dragonflies completed one on butterflies.
In maths we looked at the sequence of numbers, thinking about what came before a certain number. In phonics we continued to orally blend and segment different CVC words through games such as I Spy.
