This week we casted our minds back to our caterpillars, reminding ourselves of the journey they had made. Together we explained the life cycle of a caterpillar, and in groups we made a fact file on either a caterpillar or a butterfly. During our explore learning time we completed different activities such as sequencing the story of The Very Hungry Caterpillar and mirror printing butterflies.
In maths we looked at the sequence of numbers, thinking about what came before a certain number. In phonics we continued to orally blend and segment different CVC words through games such as I Spy.
