This week we visited the library to choose a book. We sat down and looked at where we get the books from and were very excited to share them with our families at home. We learnt about one of our school values Everyone Matters and spoke about what it means and how we can achieve the value. We have been remembering our new minibeast groups and practising our routine of putting our water bottles away and placing our picture on the self-registration board. This week we have become more independent during snack time, learning how to open our milks and what bin to throw the cartons and fruit in.
In our art areas we have been learning the skill of printing, using a potato and a fork. We learnt the steps of how to print the penguin; putting the fork into the potato, then lifting the potato into the paint and then pressing down on the piece of paper.
