This week we enjoyed sharing our memories of our school trip to Bekonscot Model Village. We used our literacy skills to write a recount using time connectives first, next and finally. We are continuing to care for our seeds in the poly tunnel making sure to give them just the right amount of water and we are now beginning to see signs of growth!
We have been exploring the Muslim celebration Eid al-fitr and enjoyed hearing how our families celebrate this special time. We also explored the Christian celebration of Easter. We attended an assembly led by Reverend Robert who showed us the artefacts he will be using in church over Easter.
In PE, we were privileged to take part in a circuit workshop led by Kylie Grimes the MBE Paralympics Olympian wheelchair rugby player. We ended the week with a joyful Spring parade.
