This week we have celebrated 75 years of Malvern Way. We started the week learning about the history of the school and traditional games played in the 1940s. On Tuesday, we were lucky to be visited by Circus Sensible. The whole school watched a circus act by Mr Tick, Mr Tock and Mr Sensible who shared a range of funny circus skills and pranks with us. The children then had a circus workshop where they were able to practise the skills shown. At the end of the day, the children had the opportunity to share these skills with the rest of the school and cheer on their friends.
On Thursday, the children dressed in their party clothes. We then enjoyed party games in the hall and dancing to music. The children were all given a 75th Birthday teddy to take home as a memento of the occasion.
On Friday, we had joint celebrations with Little Green. Little Green came over to attend a scavenger hunt and a picnic. We then all walked back to Little Green to celebrate with a song and a colour run.
