This week the children have enjoyed orally retelling a short version of The Bog Baby story. They have enjoying making their own story maps to help retell the story and they have made lists of what Bog Baby likes to eat. In maths the children have developed their understanding of the part-part whole model (Cherry Model) to regroup a number in different ways. We enjoyed listening to a range of poems on Thursday for National Poetry Day and some of the children then wrote their own autumn poems in discovery.
