This week the children have enjoyed writing their innovated stories. All the teachers were so impressed with their levels of concentration and focus during the writing sessions. During our maths lessons, the children recapped a variety of mathematical calculations and explored money during our discovery learning. In music, the children were introduced to a new instrument called Bamboo Tamboos. They learnt how to make a single sound using them and they worked as a team to create part of a rhythm.
Later on in the week, we had a visit from the Year 2 children where they shared their stories with us. It was lovely to listen to them and spend time together appreciating our love of stories.
