We began this week with an amazing assembly led by Electric Umbrella who performed a variety of inspiring songs delivering the message that there is no such thing as normal. The children enjoyed hearing the different instruments, had fun singing along with the band, and learnt some sign language too.
This week we have been enjoying the beautiful weather outdoors. We have been cooking in the mud kitchen, creating small world stories with mini beasts and playing hopscotch diagraphs. In PE, we revisited tennis skills and spent some time refining the control of a racket and ball.
We ended the week with a joyful reception sing a long where we sang some of our favourite songs and rhymes.
